East Lansing’s Slap Nevada does just that with “Died In Your Arms,” a re-imagining of Cutting Crew’s incredibly successful super-hit. Nearly 30 years later, the self described Glam/Trill-Step artist breathes new life into the smash mixing in a fresh flow and a deeeeep bass line.

Now if only someone would do the same for Chris de Burgh’s “Lady In Red.”
