Ahead of today’s Forever Charlie release, the enduring Charlie Wilson has dropped a funk call back with Snoop Dogg, an MC rather familiar to the genre. “Infectious” finds the R&B crooner coolly harmonizing over a rhythmic groove echoing his Gap Band roots, while Snoop’s vibrant verse satisfies the West Coast G-funk hankerings. Cliche as it may be, I’m going to go ahead and say it anyway, this collabo is indeed infectious.
