In unexpected collaboration news, music’s current it sensation Fetty Wap has linked up with electro-pop super duo The Knocks to lend a verse on their hit “Classic,” last summer’s cocktail sippin’, poolside chillin’, all-around feel-good groover. For this go-round though, it’s Fetty’s dulcet flow and indecipherable, yet melodic mutterings driving the attention while original vocalist Christa Ru of Powers rides shotgun on the sunny season bopper. It’s a surprisingly fresh update given the few subtle tweaks.
