Chances are you’ve already heard some of Grammy award winning Teddybears’ work, you just didn’t know it. Over the years the Swedish songwriting/production trio have worked closely with an eclectic mix of pop and power; Giorgio Moroder / Cee-Lo Green / Max Martin / Madonna / Iggy Pop to name a few.

But when they’re not climbing the charts with their A-list buddies, brothers Klas and Joakim Åhlund as well as Patrik Arve keep busy releasing their own original work, like “Broken Heartbeats,” a recent collaboration with international star Beenie Man. Taken from their untitled LP due out later this year, the slick groover features a funky, driving bassline for the king of dancehall to lay a few veteran verses over. Serious “rooftop and chill” vibes to close out summer with.
