Last time I checked in with Australian duo Vallis Alps, they had released their charming alt-pop piece “Young” a little over two years ago. They’ve kept up a steady stream of singles since, but are back on my radar now with their latest “East.”

Off of their upcoming EP Fable [out March 31], the cut is another stunning display of polished production and vocal accomplishment as a stirring electronipop cadence, synthful melody, and beautiful harmonies set the track apart from much of today’s pedestrian fare.
