Meek Mill ft. Snoop Dogg & YG – That’s My N****

If there’s one thing in life I maybe like more than music, it’s a good movie. Netflix’s Will Smith backed Bright doesn’t look to fit that bill. However; its soundtrack has certainly scored some critical acclaim of recent which brings me to today’s musings.

Over a sample of Dr. Dre’s “Still D.R.E.”, rappers Meek Mill, Snoop Dogg, and YG come together for a few of the album’s finest verses on “That’s My N****.” Driven by a trapped out take on the iconic ivory instrumental, the three flow like a well-oiled piece of sonic machinery. It’s just too bad one of them has to enjoy the single’s successes from a jail cell still.
