“Yours,” an electroni-pop exercise in coping, is surprisingly bubbly given the disheartening subject matter; uplifting strings matched with cheery rhythmic elements set the tone before her hopeful introspection carries the track onward. But it’s that calculated flip generating the melodic appeal here, a move that only serves to strengthen the cut as a whole.
