“Narcissist,” final selection from the London soloist’s RIP Indo Hisahsi EP, is a synth-pop dandy detailing a dying relationship in the age of digital recognition. Rome and Healy trade verse and hook about a superficial love while a low-key rhythm simmers beneath their pointed lyricism.
