Los Angeles’ TELYKast have upwards of 16 million Youtube views, over 15 million Spotify streams, and 150,000 followers across social media. But they’re just now popping up on DH’s radar? That one’s on me! Never the person to pass up dope sounds though, I’m all about the production trio’s latest.

“Somebody Else,” an electroni-pop collaboration with fellow Los Angelino JORDY, is a sonic dissection of the all too familiar relationship in ruins set to a bumpin’ backdrop. JORDY’s sincere vocal imprint sets the tone before robust kick drums and electrified riffs from the buzzworthy beatmakers carry the track to its canorous completion. Breaking up never sounded so good.
