“Sardines,” lead single off of his upcoming Fidget At The Podium, is an indie-tronica warning shot concerning over-consumption. Speaking on the track, he says:

We are a species that takes action to preserve an endangered species, however only at the point of its being endangered. We exist within a fog of moral and ethical confusion.

That concern is marked by looming strings that float around propulsive drumming while the soloist’s off-kilter vocal presence is left to create an atmosphere of peculiar urgency. The final mix is a true treat carving out its own genre niche.
