Taken from their Monsters Calling Home, Vol. 2, the San Fernando Valley trio’s latest is a jubilant journey through sound and lyric. A funky groove and a steadying percussive element set the tone before a full display of synth and slap kick in, laying the groundwork for the three to wholeheartedly jump in with playful verse and hook. If it were possible to bring a smile to your ears, this track would do the trick.
