It’s a veritable who’s who of dance devotees as Aluna taps Pabllo Vittar, MNEK, and Eden Prince for her latest bounce “Oh The Glamour.”

This first taste of the famed soloist’s newly announced album MYCELIUM [out Jul. 7] is a triumph in groove and grit. A deep and effervescent rhythm lays the groundwork but its the message behind the music that really resonates on this collaboration. Talking tenor, she shares:

Black and LGBTQ+ people go through a lot of shit, but we often present ourselves as glamorous…Aiming for normal and average is a way to send yourself into the shackles of society. Glamour can often be a method to break free, celebrate, and thrive.

That is a universal truth worth celebrating, done exceptionally well here.
