Disclosure & Pa Salieu – King Steps

Longtime vibe-crafters Disclosure have a knack for eclectic collaboration, often resulting in some of their best spins. So it’s no surprise to see them do it again as they conscript British-Gambian rhyme-spitter Pa Salieu for their latest listen “King Steps.”

Falling in line with their recent shift towards a darker sound design, the UK-garage tinged track bursts with sound as fast-bouncing beats, frenetic textures, and dizzying synths scintillate eager ears. Guy Howard, one half of the brotherly duo, explains:

It’s incredible to see [UK garage’s] impact growing so much over the past year. Collaborating with Pa Salieu, who’s delivering some of the best music coming out of the UK right now, makes it the perfect time to release this track.
