After becoming only the third woman to ever win the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album, Doechii is riding an upswing high and hip-hop-heads are for the better because of it. That’s in large part due to the fire she’s been dropping since like the celebratory single “Nosebleeds” and her latest listen “Anxiety.”

Originally recorded in 2019 for the creative’s Coven Music Sessions and sampled as a feature on the 2023 Sleepy Hallow track of the same name, this 2025 versioning is finally all her own.

Heated bars and a heightened flow are to be expected but its the way they coalesce over that viral Gotye instrumental (you know the one) that seals the deal and sees this as another stunner along her ascension.

We have entered the Doechii era and DH is here to witness.
