NYC creative Ian Isiah brings the damn energy and a whole lot more on his bold cut “Big One.”
Experimental hyper-rap at its core, the pro-p*ssy cut wraps itself in club-ready packaging to mark a radical shift for the glossy R&B singer. And it absolutely works. Glitch’d out synth-work sets a sporadic tone before every ounce of bounce is utilized in this quick hittin’ two minutes.
I finally know how to navigate in my own lane. Itβs just about the jam for me: to build a sound, and be another example for somebody else.
He’s on to something and we’re all the better for having heard it.
