Famed dance-music phenom John Summit may have released 2026’s most bonkers banger and we’re only into the second month of the year, folks.

“LIGHTS GO OUT” is a smash through and through. Opening with the hooky chant “Where do we go when the lights go out?” the track explodes into a high octane, fiery mix of drum, bass, and synth and never looks back. Speaking to the intensity, Summit shares:

For my first single of the year I knew I had to come out swinging…Led by an anthemic vocal that hasn’t gotten out of my head since the first studio session, this one has been crushing my sets with its combo of house, trap, & heavy synth elements.
