New music from Weezer for the first time in nearly four years? Maybe Mondays aren’t so bad after all.
In a welcomed return the Los Angeles four piece released the studio version of “Back To The Shack” today, a track actually debuted live during February’s Weezer Cruise. Echoing their earlier hits, the lead single off of this fall’s Everything Will Be Alright in the End comes strong with that familiar alt-rock sound and the poppy harmonies you’d hope for from Rivers Cuomo. It’ll be hard, but this will have to tide you over until the September 30 album release:
