I’ve been wanting to post about Dutch production duo The Him for the longest time, but have never seem to find the right track; that is until now. “Balance,” their freshly minted deep house cut, is bouncy and blistering and a definite sunny season smash. Featuring fellow Dutchman [now based in L.A.] Oktavian’s slick harmonies, the two paint a sonic picture with fine tuned synths, glossy grooves, and sprinkles of tropical tastes throughout.
