It may not quite be December just yet, but I’m all in for the upcoming Christmas holiday and of course the Christmas tunes. Dulcet crooner Josh Groban, taking a break from his role in current Broadway hit Natasha, Pierre, & The Great Comet of 1812, enters the crowded festive fray with his rendition of Judy Garland classic “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.”
Groban’s soulful take is literal music to my ears as he glides effortlessly over a traditional arrangement highlighted by a polished mix of piano and string. You’re not going to find much better over the next few weeks so gladly let this one sink in.
