In her first release of the new year, the Swedish singer-songwriter candidly opines on discovering optimism in the breakdown of a committed partnership. Speaking on the track she says:

This song to me is about that kind of strength. The ability to help each other pursue happiness, even if that means you can’t be together.

It’s quite poignant and a rather beautiful listen on the whole.
