Self-described as a “another breakup song I think, but this time, at 200mph,” Liverpool soloist Pizzagirl’s latest “Bullet Train” lives up to the billing.

The alt-pop piece, second preview of his upcoming release Softcore Mourn [out June 18], connects driving basslines with flashes of electronica strewn throughout the accelerated track, which in turn lay the aural groundwork for P’girl’s decidedly candid lyrical content.
