In prep of her new long-player Here Comes Trouble, Blackburn’s Charlotte OC drops the aptly titled “Bad News.”

Fuzzy riffs and steadying percussion stylize the toxicity kiss-off but it’s the vulnerability strewn throughout the lyrical content that truly connects the listener with the listen. Speaking on the track, a singer spurned says:

I was heartbroken – we weren’t right for each other and were a recipe or disaster. This song is me in the throes of the upset & angry stage of a breakup.
