Dan Kanvis – No Feedback

Life moves fast, especially in this digital age of overstimulation. L.A. rhymer Dan Kanvis tries to navigate the noise on his banger “No Feedback.”

Taken from his album Understanding Dead Plants, the cut bounces something fierce as it builds a sonic foundation around traditional hip-hop and tech-house heat; the ideal foundation for our soloist to serve up his own lyrical elucidation. Speaking on the inspiration behind the bop, he says:

We now live with so many open and instant lines of communication, constantly pulling for attention…This is me struggling to find balance between my internal dialogue and the pace of a world embedded with the Internet.

Balance found.
