Queasy Pieces, the brainchild of music-maker Andrew Anderson, is a wild ride through ever-changing soundscapes and your next take-notice act.
That’s proven true on the soloist’s most recent release “Been So Good To Me,” a sonic sojourn navigating disco and dance. A contemporary bounce sets it off while bass hits from the 808 and twisty synths fill in the rest; an ample foundation for supporting act Kat Rackin to lay his minimalistic vocals over. The end result is this weird, yet wonderful listen.
