Utah five-set Krooked Kings are feeling a little low on their latest single “Sick Of Being Young.” But their affliction translates into an entreating, alt-indie soundscape.

Led by fuzzed-out riffs, the cut chronicles the growing pains of maturity in a most appealing manner. Rounding out the tune are thumping percussive elements and wistful chord progressions that build a big, beautiful melody.

But as someone who has experienced the unfortunate process of aging, I’d like to appreciate an old man yelling at the sky moment. Hold onto your youth as long you can!
