After having previously collaborated with Travi$ Scott on his effort “Don’t Play” the innovative pop-rock set known as The 1975 rework the Houston hip-hop artists’ unconventional cut “Drive.” The unlikely genre-blending combination come together seamlessly; both acts trading verses over a chill mid-tempo groove complimenting each other’s offbeat styles. The standout though has to be Matt Healy’s unexpectedly ethereal lyrical imprint on the second half.

Let me also add that these guys are currently in the middle of a North American tour. If you can get to a show, I highly recommend it! [I’ll be seeing them for the third time already when they hit DC in December]
