Coleman Hell – Take Me Up

Taking a break from the recent spate of electronica fare here, I present you with “Take Me Up,” the newly minted indie-pop offering from Toronto’s about-to-be-big Coleman Hell. Our friendly singer/songwriter to the north immediately lifts listeners’ spirits as he infuses his warm, welcoming vocals with peppy piano play, energizing drum patterns, and an overall smiley synth-lite production. And for good measure, there’s an infectious, ready-made hand-clapping outro; I’m sold!

You can buy “Take Me Up” via iTunes now, and be on the lookout for his upcoming album Srry Bout Last Nite out soon.
