One of electronic music’s more underrated producers, Lesser Bay, is back at it on his latest, a bouncy collaboration with Los Angeles soloist Shel Bee. “Better,” the byproduct of eight months of versioning, finds that sonic sweet spot with a blend of punchy synths and blithe vocals.
