Tapping his Dog Blood co-founder Boys Noize and oft-collaborator Ty Dolla $ign, the electronic music authority shares the perfect party-starter in “Midnight Hour.” After a false R&B-hued intro a housed up rhythm takes over, mixing it up with frisky percussive stabs and modded synths sprinkled throughout. Forceful but oh so smooth, tune this one in something quick.
