Zedd seems to have this uncanny ability to find some of the most striking vocalists and showcase their talent with his melodic take on electronic dance. From Hayley Williams to Jon Bellion to Kehlani, he brings out the best in his collaborators. That certainly holds true for his newest collaborator Jasmine Thompson as well.

On “Funny,” the 19 year old soloist shines with her outpouring of raw emotion and intensity in each verse, only to be met by an equally rousing soundscape from the famed producer. It’s that combination of substance and style that Zedd has seemingly mastered and listeners love so much.
