Years & Years, now an Olly Alexander solo project with the departures of Mikey Goldsworthy and Emre Türkmen as active members, hasn’t missed a beat on their first release since 2018 “Starstruck.”

Tapping into an early 00’s dance-pop sound, the cut is contemporized with groovy bass and synth and Alexander’s signature vocal flair to cement the new direction as classic Y&Y. No matter the makeup, the music lives on.
