Leaning into it’s title, the contemporary cut accentuates a throwback to hip-hop’s glory days and creates a sound that merges the gap. Jazzy brass and a candidly fresh flow play off each other in a nod to the greats that came before while also standing out in a modern light. Appreciate the days gone by with a listen.
