Little Tealeif, the brainchild of singer+producer+multi-instumentalist Shaun Hinton, demands to be heard on the stunning debut “Pedestal People.”

Taken from the UK creative’s Charcoal EP, this observation on subjectivity combines aspects of dance, rock, and hip-hop for a wholly immersive listening experience. Speaking on his process, he shares:

I hope people take joy from it and that they can understand the layers and the messages in the songs. I hope they can also see that I’m a bit tongue in cheek, a bit jokey, and don’t take myself too seriously.

That undemanding attitude only adds to the charm and is a likely reason we’ll be hearing from the soloist again.
