“Only One,” appearing on his upcoming Enigma POV project [out Aug. 14], nails his usual electroni-rap aesthetic with a scintillating bounce and deep, speaker-bustn’ bass. But it’s the introduction of subtle string-work in the chorus that elevates this listen to favored status.
It’s a small augment but reverberates something big.
